Geoff has over 25 years of experience in the FMCG industry, holding senior commercial roles at SABMiller, Unilever, RHM, and Mars. As Global Head of Sales Development at SABMiller, he led the development of Sales Strategy, Category Strategy & Customer Engagement, Sales Capability and eCommerce, playing a pivotal role in creating the Global Sales Leadership team and the transition to ABI ownership.

Prior to SABMiller, Geoff spent 12 years with Unilever in various UK, Regional, and Global leadership roles, latterly driving the rollout of Customer Innovation Centres across 20 markets and leading Joint Business Planning.

John is an experienced industry leader with over 30 years in senior commercial roles at South African Breweries and Carlsberg. Specialising in Brand and Category building, he enhances customer, channel, and shopper knowledge to elevate consumer experiences.

 

John's global career spans Europe, South America, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia, with notable expertise in On-Trade.
