Over 25 years experience in the FMCG Industry. Worked across a variety of senior commercial roles for SABMiller, Unilever, RHM & Mars, covering Grocery, Food Service, Convenience and Vending. Since 2017 as a consultant, working with senior leadership teams of both global and local businesses to unlock step change growth. Geoff was Global Head of Sales Development at SABMiller, leading a team responsible for Sales Strategy, Category & Customer Engagement, Sales Capability & Channel Strategy including eCommerce. He was one of the core group of senior leaders who established the Global Sales Leadership team within SABMiller, and was also part of the integration team that oversaw the transition to ABI ownership. Before joining SABMiller Geoff spent 13 years with Unilever, starting in the UK grocery sector and then moving into a variety of expat, regional and global roles with Customer Development. He led the rollout of the Customer Innovation Centre network across 20 markets, and led Joint Business Planning across the Unilever business.

John specialises in Brand and Category building through optimising Customer, Channel and Shopper knowledge to enhance Consumer experience. His most recent corporate role was as Global Head of Sales for Carlsberg and he has lived and worked in Hungary, Russia, India, Denmark and the UK. He has extensive experience in Europe specifically, but has also worked in South America,  North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. John currently works with clients such as Ahmad Tea, St Peters Brewery and Arla Foodservice

John has a specific love of On-Trade, grounded in many years of working and drinking in the channel. 

He has extensive experience of leading and facilitating Learning and Development programs and has a particular passion for Talent Management and Development, having led extensive senior teams during his career
